Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

Qatar Bazaar reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Qatar Bazaar will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.
